Youth Research and Policy Coordinator
She is graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences. She continued her graduate education on political studies at Yildiz Technical University in İstanbul and L’Ecole Des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) in Paris. After educating one year in Paris, she returned to Turkey and has been working as Coordinator of Youth Research and Policy at Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG) since 2014.
She continues her works in the field of Youth Participation, Policy Development, Youth Employment, Gender Equality and Democracy studies. “
Workshop name “Gender Perspective In Employment Processes”
Some interesting datas from the research reports published by Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG) in the area of youth employment will be presented to the participants in order to study the gender dimension of employment processes.
The participants will be invited to discuss youth employment actively with a gender-based perception, upon the donnees which the presentation provides. Also, the participants will share their experiences in the area – before they are divided into groups in order to determine one basic problem and a solution recommendation about the gender-based unemployment.
