Coordinator of the Strategic Partnership of Erasmus+ National Agencies on Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship
Raluca Diroescu joined the SALTO-YOUTH Participation Resource Centre, based in Brussels Belgium, in 2012. She is a Project Manager, being in charge of designing, conceptualizing, planning and coordinating various activities and publications supporting the implementation of the EU “Erasmus+” programme and the European Youth Strategy.
She previously worked for the Directorate General “Education and culture” of the European Commission, where she supported the EU policy-making process in the fields of education, youth, sports and culture.
She holds a BA in Communication and Public Relations from the University of Bucharest Romania and an MA in International Relations and European Studies from the University of Cergy-Pontoise and Paris I Sorbonne France.
In 2014, she co-edited the book “Young people, entrepreneurship and non-formal learning. A work in progress”. Brussels: SALTO-YOUTH Participation.
